These general terms govern access to and use of Unpeeragogy (unpeeragogy.pyragogy.org), operated by Fabrizio Terzi (VAT ID IT04923300166).

1. Access to the Site

Access to the site is free and open. No registration or authentication is required to browse the content. The site does not offer paid services or process financial transactions.

2. Content and License

All content published on Unpeeragogy (text, images, data, structure) is released under the CC Zero 1.0 Universal (Public Domain Dedication). This means:

• You may copy, modify, distribute, and reuse any content for any purpose, including commercial use.
• No attribution is required by law.
• Attribution is appreciated but not mandatory: citing "Unpeeragogy (pyragogy.org)" as a source is a courtesy, not a legal obligation.

3. Comments and Community Contributions (Giscus)

• Comments are public and visible to everyone.
• Comments are managed via GitHub Discussions. A GitHub account is required to post.
• It is prohibited to post illegal, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise infringing content.
• The Controller reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate comments.

4. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties. Content results from critical deconstruction and personal reflection; it does not constitute legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for how they use the information on this site.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bergamo, Italy.
